  • A unique 9-character redemption code

3. Schedule Your Appointment

After purchasing your package, contact Bone & Joint to schedule your appointment. In some cases, our care team may contact you directly to assist with scheduling.

Choosing our outpatient surgery center for same-day procedures can save significant costs and add convenience. Bundle pricing combines reduced facility costs, surgeon fees, anesthesia, and other related expenses into one all-inclusive rate. Bundle pricing begins on the day of surgery and continues through the 90-day postoperative period. This approach means you’ll know the full cost in advance, allowing you to plan your care without hidden surprises.

A set bundled price may include:

  • Anesthesiology fees

  • Facility fees

  • Physician fees

  • Surgical implant costs (if needed)

  • No deductible or co-pays

  • Added safety and efficiency from a specialized orthopedic surgery center

Bundle pricing is designed for:

  • Patients without insurance

  • Patients for whom OAW is not an in-network or out-of-network provider

  • Patients for whom OAW is an out-of-network option only

  • Self-funded employers who cover the set price for employees, eliminating deductible or co-pay expenses

  • Members of shared-health programs who qualify for the single, disclosed price

The listed price includes the facility fee, surgeon’s fee, anesthesia fees, surgical implant costs (if applicable), and standard, uncomplicated follow-up care for 90 days after surgery.

The bundled price does not include diagnostic testing before or after surgery (such as MRI, X-rays, or lab work), specialist consultations for medical clearance or management, bracing or medical equipment, physical therapy or rehabilitation services, or treatment related to complications that occur after discharge.
