Dr. Hongsheng Zhu, M.D., Ph.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle care, knee injuries, sports medicine, and knee and ankle joint replacement. He completed advanced fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery at the University of Texas and Baylor College of Medicine after earning his medical degree and completing his orthopedic surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Zhu brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and engineering innovation to patient care. He earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and Tianjin University. His research has been published in leading medical journals, with a focus on biomechanics, plantar pressure analysis, and rehabilitation technology.
