PEWAUKEE, WI – Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin (OAW) is pleased to announce the appointment of Aron Van Pelt as the new Finance Director, effective Wednesday, May 22, 2024. Aron will be based primarily at the Pewaukee location and will report directly to Diane Merkt, Chief Executive Officer.
Aron joins OAW with over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Finance across various industries. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), his expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding our finance strategies, optimizing fiscal operations, and ensuring the financial health of our organization.Aron's appointment is crucial as OAW's longtime Finance Director will be retiring.

Outside of his professional life, Aron is a devoted family man. He actively participates in his children’s academics and extracurricular activities, including tennis and theater. An enthusiastic DIYer, Aron enjoys tackling home and yard projects in his spare time. He is also a passionate sports fan, particularly of the NFL and NCAA basketball, and a proud alumnus of UW-Milwaukee.
